Quit Smoking Now Program for smoking/tobacco cessation is presented by a trained Tobacco Treatment Specialist. This free 6 week program takes place within the communities we serve. This face-to-face support group style program teaches you how to quit using tobacco products. If you need it, we provide free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). You will receive information on coping with withdrawal, dealing with things that make you want to smoke (triggers), and staying smoke free. Our Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialists have years of experience in facilitating Quit Smoking NOW classes and we are committed to providing cessation assistance and consultation to tobacco users who want to quit.read more
For the third year in a row at Chipola College, Big Bend Area Health Education Center (Big Bend AHEC) has sponsored a summer camp for 34 high school students interested health careers.
